A collaboration between INNIO Group’s Waukesha brand and Detechtion Technologies was designed to facilitate the transition to decarbonization, but it has brought even more benefits to its end customers. By expanding asset connectivity through a customer-centric digital ecosystem, the technology is helping to identify opportunities for the optimization of natural gas production throughput. The result: increased gas movement and enhanced revenue generation.

Through the collaborative efforts of the ROC and EAM, opportunities to increase throughput were identified for more than 50 assets, resulting in approximately 150 MMSCFD of additional gas movement. Based on an average of $4.00/MMBtu, this translates to a revenue increase of $506,760 per day. The average ROI for a reUp engine is 63 days, after factoring in the core return (if applicable). With the collaboration between INNIO and Detechtion, natural gas throughput is optimized, resulting in increased gas movement and enhanced revenue generation.
The comprehensive solution combines INNIO's strength in engine analysis with Detechtion's wide range of compressor diagnostics. This collaboration enables us to drive our customer-centric strategy, helping drive the transition to net zero.
